At The Leslie House, we provide a refuge for women and children escaping domestic violence. We understand the journey to safety is not easy, but you don’t have to walk it alone. Here, you will find shelter, support, and the strength to rebuild your life.

Our mission is to provide a secure, nurturing environment for women and children escaping domestic violence, empowering them to regain control of their lives. We are dedicated to healing, support, and transformation, driven by compassion and guided by faith. We believe that every woman and child deserves to live without fear and are committed to breaking the cycle of abuse.

On May 24th, 2025, join us for a powerful 29-hour walk from the University of Louisville to the University of Kentucky, uniting for a cause that gives hope, strength, and refuge to those escaping domestic violence.
