Founded on the belief that every person deserves a safe space to heal. The Leslie House was born out of a personal calling to serve those most vulnerable. The Leslie House is more than a shelter—it’s a home where women and children find peace, support, and hope. With a mission to provide a safe space for those escaping domestic violence, we are committed to offering resources that help survivors heal and regain independence.
Domestic violence affects millions of women and children every year. Many survivors stay in dangerous situations because they lack the support, resources, or courage to leave. Our goal is to break the cycle of abuse by providing a safe, confidential, and nurturing environment where survivors can start fresh.
We are committed to showing compassion by providing non-judgmental, trauma-informed care to every woman and child who seeks refuge with us. We believe in empowerment, equipping survivors with the resources, skills, and confidence needed to regain independence and rebuild their lives.
